It’s been almost 4 years since Drain Designs installed a residential drainage system for my home. Time has proven the worth of my investment. Since the installation, we’ve experienced multiple hurricanes, as well as periods of extremely heavy rains. After each of these incidents, I have checked my crawlspace, and it is DRY. Quarterly, a pest control company inspects my home and crawlspace. After the recent heavy rains this past winter, they were impressed at how dry the crawlspace was. They told me it was one of the few homes that actually had a dry crawlspace, as they had seen many others in the area with considerable water accumulation and saturation in the crawlspaces. I highly recommend this company. The owner is extremely knowledgeable. After his very thorough, careful review of my property, the system he recommended and installed completely resolved the drainage issues at my home. The team that installed the system was very efficient, professional and neat. They cleaned up their work site each day, neatly organizing their tools out of the way. They were truly the most professional team of workers I have ever encountered in more than 30 years of home ownership. I have no doubt whatsoever that this was money very well spent.

Drain Designs did our work about 2 & 1/2 years ago and it is one of the best investments we have made in our property! They did an outstanding job. His knowledge of how water flows and how to optimize that is impressive. He installed additional pipes and drains to carry the water away from the house. Now every time it rains (which seems to be daily) we are so glad we had the drainage work done. Moreover, we have had some minor issues come up since the work was done – usually just a clogged drain – and they would come out promptly, diagnose the problem and fix it. I can’t say enough good things about Drain Designs and I highly recommend them if you have any drainage issues.

Drain design is excellent. They installed drains around my house 5 years ago and made a huge difference in protecting the foundation around the house and drainage and the ground saturation for the garden and trees around the house. But more importantly, I didn’t ask them to do the free yearly check, and 5 years later asked if they could inspect it, and they came out for free, found a drain that had gotten buried with foliage and debris, fixed it for free, and offer to come by every few years to check it for me still. Awesome company!

We were, and still are extremely satisfied with the process and work completed by Drain Design in late June 2018. From the team member providing the quote to the team providing the installation, the DD Team was professional, responsive, and accountable to their planned schedule, process, clean space, and follow through. The DD Team showed up on time, provided email communication very rapidly, and had team members stay late into the day until the job was completed. DD came on the scene to help correct issues unresolved by a previous contractor and we have very extremely happy with the results. The DD design was simpler with improved performance outcomes. Our home is dryer and less prone to soggy ground. The drainage system is efficient and effective. Well worth the money and the investment!! We did explore other options and took reviews into consideration. We wanted to provide this review because DD lives up to their word, work ethic and sincere desire to help the home owner! They genuinely care and their follow through after the work was completed is evidence of that. We had some questions and they came out to instruct us again. Since having this work done, we have had other work done by contractors with less than satisfactory results. DD has spoiled us to expect their style of communication, efficiency, and customer service of all contractors. Having a business of our own, we appreciated the excellent customer service DD provided! Finally, we provided this review well after the work was completed to evaluate the effectiveness of the work. A+++ Well done and thank you!!

We are so glad we found Drain Designs! Our son’s backyard was a swamp. We were very impressed with Robert (Operations Mgr. and crew chief), who, along with the rest of the crew, worked tirelessly to solve all the problems they encountered. They also did a fantastic job of cleaning up, and of communicating throughout the project. And here’s something amazing. Kevin, the owner, called us partway through and suggested a way to save $1000!!! Now that’s integrity. This is a quality company with friendly and competent staff, years of experience, great products, and top notch customer service. Highly recommend.

Owner Kevin came out to see the property, really listened & saw the problems we were experiencing, answered our questions thoroughly & honestly, & drew up a plan. The team arrived on time, worked very hard, did a professional job, did not leave any debris or mess at the end of each day, patiently answered all my questions, were willing to make a few changes that saved time & money, and even did a couple small tasks that enhanced the project. Excellent knowledge and service. Drain Designs was one of the few businesses I spoke with that was dedicated specifically to drainage when I was looking to fix multiple tricky drainage problems for a 15yr old house. I found their proposed designs to be the best all around, and I think resulted in a system that works well and will probably out last the house. They recently did a check-up and clean out, one and half years after the install. As before, service was excellent.
