Kevin Kondas founded Drain Designs in 2011 after 20 years of Masonry and Waterproofing repair and restoration experience. He soon began patenting and manufacturing products including The World’s Best Waterproofing System and The Replacement for Outdated French Drain Technology.

He developed Drain Designs Franchising, LLC in 2020 and signed his crew leader, Robert West, as his 1st franchisee. The next 4 franchises were all kept in the family, so to speak. Now we are ready to offer this opportunity to other hard-working people who aspire to be successful business owners.
