Due to sever erosion of our lawn, I thought perhaps I needed…

Due to sever erosion of our lawn, I thought perhaps I needed a French drain and asked Kevan to come out and look at it. He immediately identified the problem as being caused by my neighbors downspout drain being clogged underground. Kevan then confirmed his diagnosis of the root cause of the problem and sent a camera into the downspout drain. No sense fixing something unless you’re sure what the cause is, right? The drain was found to be packed solid after about 20 feet. Kevan would not fix the problem until he knew he was fixing what needed to be fixed. It is truly wonderful to deal with a truthful, talented, competent professional. Plus he is a very nice person. Thanks Kevan.

About Us
Kevan Amos is a father of three, husband and a homeowner who has experienced the expenses and family life disruptions associated with wet basements and foundation issues.
He’s also the principal owner of Drain Designs of Akron-Canton, serving the greater Stark County Ohio area.
Kevan started his career working directly with Drain Designs founder, Kevin Kondas, in the masonry field in the 1990’s while he was a student at Kent State University.
During that time he learned the fundamentals of residential foundation construction, as well as the crucial importance of proper drainage to protect a family’s number one investment.
For the past 18 years Kevan has worked in the aerospace industry leading high profile development projects. He’s a certified project manager through the Project Management Institute (PMI), and he earned an MBA in business management from Ohio Univ.
But Kevan’s passion for the construction trades remained. In 2018 he started working with Mr. Kondas again to learn about the exciting Drain Designs approach for mitigating water intrusion and protecting homes from both short term and long term water damage.
Kevan takes pride in tailoring solutions specific to each customer's needs based on root cause/ corrective action methodology.
Today, Kevan combines high level professionalism, management expertise and personal experience with the unbeatable Drain Designs systems to help us preserve the health and longevity of our biggest investments as homeowners.
